A full day of fixtures with a few surprises along the way. The biggest and best piece of news was that the Sheppey Sunday League has a Kent Cup semi-finalist. Castle Tavern beat Ashford Victoria by three goals to nil and move within one game of a historic final. Park Regis Kemsley didnt fare so well going down by 3-0 to Barming.

After last weeks heroics Beach were anxious to know who they would face in the final of the Senior Charity Cup. Would it be the all conquering White Horse or the enigmatic Dore United? The answer was emphatically -White Horse. The White Horse goal scoring machine went into overdrive with Brad Pearce scoring four, Sam Teague (2)with Steve Collar and Ricky Baverstock completing the goals in an 8-2 win. Ash Claridge netted Dore's consolations.

The Junior Charity Cup saw IOSA Reserves put up another good showing winning through to their first ever final with a three goals to nil victory over Hilltop with D.Stock, Meshach and Webb finding the target in a 3-0 win. They now face Kings Head United who won 4-2 against fellow Sittingbourne side Sittingbourne Lions. Anthony Unsworth the hatrick hero for Kings Head.

In the Rose Bowl we are at the Quarter Final stage with eight hopefuls looking forward to a possible day out next month at Sittingbourne FC. Minster Sheppey looked comfortable in their 6-0 demolition of Aviator with Lee Smith getting greedy grabbing five of the six goals. IOSA hoped to match their reserve side with a place in a final and only managed it with a late injury time winner from Grant Groom in a 3-2 win over Sittingbourne Dogs. Another team taking up a semi final berth was Red Lion Reserves who surprisingly overcame Milton & Fulston by 3-1. Craig Street found the net twice with Lewis Thomsett the other. The final semi final place was taken up by Jolly Sailor who were unstoppable in the first half racing into a 5-0 lead against B & W Athletic with Frankie Swaby in great form. By the ninetieth minute the score was 9-3 to Jolly Sailor with Swaby on six goals!!

One game in Division Two saw the bottom two face each other and the bottom side, although scoring twice ended up the losing team in a 4-2 defeat. Winnard claiming Towns clubs goals, with Ash,Karabrut, Mills and Wilmore on the mark for Lynten Athletic.

One game in Division three saw New Sheppey Revolution continue their recent form with a 5-2 win over lowly Classic Real with C.Marsh (2), Patel, Keir and Curtis scoring.

Aviator A move into second place in the combination two points behind the leaders Park Regis Reserves after a convincing 5-2 away win at Eastern Athletic. Grimwade and Whittal on the mark for the Leysdown side but a Cornford hat trick supplemented by strikes from Soper and White gave Aviator A the points. They now have to sweat it out with the destination of the title out of their hands and dependant on Park Regis Reserves dropping two points before the end of the season.
